What is Resume Spotlight?
Resume Spotlight service is designed to increase your visibility amongst recruiters when recruiters’ search our database or receive applications to jobs posted by them. More visibility leads to improved responses from recruiters.
What happens to my profile after taking this service?
This service helps you in three ways:
- Your resume will come on the top, when recruiters search the resumes.
- We will mark your resume ‘Featured’, which will show you as active job seeker.
- We will mark your Job Applications on the Jobs Posted by them as ‘Featured’ to catch recruiters’ eye on your applications.
Below is an example of how a “Featured” candidate is highlighted to the recruiters. This is done for all the users who have availed the Resume Spotlight service:
